Speaking the Chinese language is a skill that comes with a lot of practice. It can be frustrating trying to remember the different tones and pronunciations but with some hard work, they can be mastered and fluency can be achieved.
Reading is an incredibly important part of Chinese learning because of the implications it has abroad. Writing is often the most difficult part of learning Chinese so I make sure to build a solid foundation for the basic characters before moving on so writing will be as painless as possible.
Typing in Chinese may seem like a daunting task, but with the use of pinyin, it can be as simple as sounding out a word and selecting the best fit on a computer. Typing is a very important skill to have and many colleges have begun using it to test students using it. Learning to type can also benifit general Chinese language skills and character recognition.
